We base our shipping charges on the value of your order. To make sure you receive the fewest shipments possible, we'll do our best to ship everything to you at once. If we need to send you more than one shipment, we'll only charge you once for the charges that apply to the total value of your order. We recommend that someone be available to accept the package.

Ground Shipping is free for orders more than $125 in the Continental United States depending on the value of your order. Not available in Alaska and Hawaii.

For all returns, you are responsible for return shipping to us. If an exchange is needed, we'll send it to you FREE of shipping charges.

Pending order verification and credit approval, orders placed prior to 11:00am MST (GMT-7)* (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States) and shipping to the address given as your ship to address will arrive as specified above.

UPS Ground, within 3-10 business days

Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-10 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

UPS 2-Day

Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via 2-Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2 full business days when placed by 11:00am MST (GMT-7)* Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

UPS Overnight

Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Overnight service. You can expect your order to arrive within 1 full business day when placed by 11:00am MST (GMT-7)* Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Alaska or Hawaii - USPS Priority

Items will be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via USPS Priority. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-10 business days when placed by 11:00am MST (GMT-7)* Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Military APO/FPO Addresses

APO/FPO orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Please allow additional time for delivery from the APO/FPO to the recipient. Once the package has been delivered to the APO/FPO, uggaustralia.com is not responsible for possible delays nor can we track the shipment.

PO Boxes - US Mail

We do not currently ship to PO Boxes via the internet. If you need your order shipped to a PO Box please call us directly at 888-432-8530 Monday-Friday 6am - 5pm MST (GMT-7)*.

US Territories

Most items may be shipped to American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Marianna Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands via USPS Priority Mail. You can expect your order to arrive 3-5 business days when placed by 11:00am MST (GMT-7)* Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

International

We can ship to most countries via UPS International delivery. Please allow extra time for deliveries to international addresses. The approximate time frame is 7 - 17 business days. Business days are Monday - Friday excluding holidays.

Canada

We do ship to Canada via UPS Worldwide. The approximate time frame for delivery is 4-11 business days when placed by 11:00am MST (GMT-7)* Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
