How can I make a return or exchange?

Returns or exchanges are permitted, provided the customer purchased the product through our website and it is within 30 days of the original invoice date.


Shoes must be free of wear and tear and must be thoroughly cleaned so that all dirt and debris is removed. Dirty shoes will be returned to the customer, without evaluation.


Shipping charges are not refundable. All exchanges will be shipped via surface delivery at no charge to the customer.

Any items returned without adequate information will be returned to sender.


Refunds are given via the original form of payment. Please contact Customer Service at info@amg-group.co.uk regarding a different form of refund payment.


UGG Australia is not responsible for packages lost in transit.



What is the warranty for UGG Australia, and how does this work?
The UGG Australia warranty applies to footwear less than one year old from date of purchase. It applies to defective materials and workmanship. All items sent to UGG Australia which are past one year old from date of purchase will be evaluated on a case by case basis.


If a product is not deemed defective, it will be returned to the customer.


All packages should be sent in via a trackable method as UGG Australia is not responsible for packages lost in transit that consumers have sent to them.


Any items returned without adequate information will be returned to sender


Returns take 5 - 15 business days to process.


All non-defective returns must be free of all wear and tear. Any item returned that does not meet the requirements will be returned to the customer.


Any return received with out the requested information will be returned to the sender.
