How Our Gift Card & Virtual Gift Card Works

UGG® Australia Gift Cards and Virtual Gift Cards do not expire, have no fees and are redeemable at uggaustralia.com only. Gift Cards may not be returned, applied as payment on any account, used to purchase another Gift Card or Virtual Gift Card or redeemed for cash, except where required by law. If lost, stolen or damaged, Gift Cards can be replaced for the remaining value with satisfactory proof of purchase (confirmation email or credit card receipt). To verify the remaining balance, login to your account or call 1.888.432.8530.

Balance Reminder Protection

Don't worry about the recipient of your gift forgetting to use their balance. As a service provided to our UGG® Australia Gift Card and Virtual Gift Card customers, we will send a friendly email reminder notice to the recipient of the Gift Card or Virtual Gift Card every 3 months. You can be assured that the recipient of your gift will not forget your generosity.

Purchasing with a Gift Card

or Gift Card use online, please proceed through Checkout. Enter your Gift Card number, which is located on the back of your card in the Gift Certificate field. You can use a credit card, check or money order in addition to your Gift Card, if needed, to complete your order.

Purchasing with a Virtual Gift Card

Proceed through Checkout and enter your Virtual Gift Card number in the Gift Certificate field. You can use a credit card in addition to your Gift Card, if needed, to complete your order.

Gift Card Shipping Information

Gift Cards ship separately, free of charge, via USPS and usually arrive within 5-8 business days.

Virtual Gift Cards are e-mailed within 4 hours of credit approval.

In order to receive your package before December 25th shipping within the continental US, orders must be placed

Before 10 am (PST) on 12/11 for ground delivery
Before 10 am (PST) on 12/22 for 2nd Day Air
Before 10am (PST) on 12/23 for Next Day Air

In order to receive your package before December 25th shipping to Canada, orders must be placed by 10 am (PST) on 12/9 for UPS Worldwide Delivery.

In order to receive your package before December 25th shipping to countries other than Canada or the US, orders must be placed by:Before 10 am (PST) on 12/1 for UPS International Delivery.
