Boots are a little big for her at this point. Didnt buy the 4-5 even though she is a 5 bc worried they would be too small. Purchased the 6-7 and they are too big.

Comments about Boo:
My husband and I got this product for our 10 month old daughter. We absolutely love everything about it EXCEPT for the POOR DYE QUALITY, very poor quality for UGGs. After a couple of weeks, we thought our baby's uggs were getting dirty, which was surprising considering that our daughter wasn't even walking then, so we took the boots to a professional shoe repairman to get them cleaned. We were told that it was the dye rubbing off, not dirt piling onto the boots. He recommended trying to exchange the product. The Uggs representative told us we had to send the boots for quality check / evaluation + pay the shipping costs since the product had been worn. We opted to keep the boots since it would take a minimum of three weeks for the Uggs to get back to us and even then we weren't gauranteed to have them replaced. Really disappointing, considering the price and the maker. We might try the glitter ones next year.

Q:
I am trying to find the right size for our son. We measured his feet and it's 11cm (we need to buy another pair for another baby who measures 13cm), but your sizing information is all over the place:
http://www.uggaustralia.com/sizing-information/information-sizing,default,pg.html.
1. The size of this product is listed in S/M/L but your sizing information does not have these in (somebody asked the same question and you just avoided by recommending her M)
2. If I look at the cm/in/mm columns, either I must be missing something or the conversions are simply not correct. It says 9.2 cm corresponds to 5 1/8 inches which I don't think is right. Also, unless mm means something other than millimeters, I cannot see how 14cm corresponds to 126mm.
Seriously, I'm not trying to be inflammatory (I'm still ready to buy a product) but I have no clue what size to buy... and the sizing chart sure doesn't help me a bit.Asked on 10/2/2012 by SizeL Confused from CA1 answer
