I ordered a full size down from my normal & they fit perfect! At first a tad Snugg. But they loosed up after a day or two of wear & would recommend ordering down.
Only thing I'd say uggs could improve on us they tend to slouch a bit at the ankle. But I guess that's the nature of the shoe and fabric.

My daughter and I wear Uggs just about everyday. They go with just about any outfit. My 11daughter year old daughter can't live without them. I had to buy a pair for her to wear while I sent a pair back for a defective stitching. She couldn't go without them...the return process was fast and easy. I own 8 pair of UGGS including flip flops and ballet flats.
I love them they are the only thing I wear in the winter.
They last forever. But I will say I use the water
