Normally dont spend alot on footwear.. Son plays outdoor rollerhockey and it gets cold. So far so good 20 degrees outside standing on concrete for 2 hours and my feet were very comfortable. much better than my insulated workboots..

In 15 years this is the one and only pair of boots I've bought my best fishing/hunting buddy and boyfriend that he did not return! Its hard to get more than a few grunts out of him when I buy him something but he put these on the day they came and I haven't seen him without them on since that day a couple weeks ago. I can't speak to sizing other than I bought a 12, he's a size 12, always complains about not enough width in his shoes, says his feet sweat a lot, and he wouldn't be wearing them if they didn't fit. He wouldn't know grey was a trendy fashion colour now but that's what I got him and its very neutral. His 1st impression was negative when the boots came out of the box and he saw the fuzzy top folded over in the laces but once I showed him he could unfold them and lace them up with no fuzzy stuff showing he got over that, besides I told him his jeans are always covering the tops anyways. We are addicted to backwoods hunting and fishing and I'm anxious to see if these hold up for 10 years in the woods like my UGG Women's Brooks Tall boots have held up for me. He was shocked at the price on the invoice but if these Butte's hold up and give him the comfort my Brooks Talls have given me over the years, they will be a bargain! (Not to mention, I've not seen his old worn out camo boots that weren't even camo anymore since the day these arrived! lol!)
