      Comments about Capulin:

The description of this product does not clearly says that this boots are not fully lined this fur. The tongue and the upper part of the shaft are not lined with fur, its all just leather inside. Although these shoes looks like the winter boots they are not. I wear them for 15-20 minutes at minus 20 C (or minus 4 F) and my feet become cold very fast. Today I came to a local UGG retailer to look for Butte model which seemed to me more warm and I have found out that they are not fully lined with fur too. Back to Capulin, they are stylish, comfortable, well made but not a true winter boots.

      Comments about Capulin:

First, they fit very well. Second, they are really comfortable. Third they are warm. The sheepskin lining will mold to your feet after a few wearings. These beat the heck out of other brands I've tried. I keep buying Ugg in different styles because the fit and comfort are consistent and because they are well made. I am very happy I bought these! And I'm not even a Patriots fan!

      Comments about Capulin:

I work in a law firm in America - for 28 years. Our dress code here is casual and jeans are allowed. This boot (and I also own the black boot in this style) has gotten many comments; some awesome, some not so much. From the conservative ones it's been, "I thought Uggs were for girls," and, "White bottoms?!" Plain ignorance. Then I have to tell them about Tom Brady, etc. From others it's, "Wow, those are awesome boots!" From women on the streets, I can see they like the boots and I've gotten a few "thumbs up." These boots fit just about perfectly right out of the box and their color reaches perfection after about two weeks, when they get their patina.

        Comments about Capulin:

I'm not really the guy who likes to wear boots. I have tried Timberlands and they were not for me. I came across these and I am glad I chose them. I typically like my shoes to fit snug; these certainly fit true to size. There isn't much give, so the size you ordered won't stretch much; the only thing that will break in is the fur lining. The stitching is done very well, and the sole is pretty strong, even though it is so light. Aside from everything else, they look great.

What kind of cleaning products should I use for these (especially with the white sole)?

              A:

Our leather boots can be cleaned and protected with any product that is designed for use on leather or nubuck. We do not make a specific UGG Australia cleaning product for any of our leather styles. A damp cloth can be used to clean the outsoles if needed.

Hi There. Usually wear a US Men's size 9.5, but see the Capulin does not come in half sizes. Am not sure how the sizing runs. What size would you recommend I order. Also want to make sure the return and shipping is free in case they do not fit. Thanks. Joel

If in between sizes, going up a half size is recommended. If normally a 9.5, then a size 10 would be advised.

This style is made of waterproof leather, however the construction is not fully waterproof. This style does run true to size, however if you are in between sizes we recommend ordering 1/2 size up.

Each boot is 1 lb 5 oz. This was taken using a size 9 and will vary with size. This style is not specifically designed as a hiking boot.
