I have some foot issues that cause pain on the botton of my feet. I use the insoles in my shoes and they greatly help reduce the pain of standing and walking.....especially when playing golf.

The men's Ascot slipper has a sewn in lining so when it wore out, I asked Ugg what to do. They recommended this insole, suggesting I just place it on top of the old one rather than tearing the old one out. My husband opted to remove the old one anyway. He said it came out easily, despite being attached, and the new insole fits perfectly--his slippers wear like new.I ordered the same size insole as the slipper and it was a perfect match.

Although web site says these will not work as a replacement in the men's Ascot Slippers, they do work. My husband has the Ascot Slippers, in great shape, but insole portion was worn and smelly. We were so happy these worked because otherwise he wasn't going to wear them anymore. They cost too much to get rid of.

The Ascots do not have removable insoles. A shoe repair shop may be able to remove the existing footbed without damaging the boots allowing you to use the Cascade replacement insoles, however we do not guarantee the compatibility.Answered on 1/14/2013 by UGG Product Specialist
