Living in NYC and having short hair are two things that do not go well together. I have wanted this hat for long time but never really thought that it would be as warm as it turned out to be. At first I thought that it was just another expensive hat that would not do the job of keeping me warm. Truth be told, this hat is soooo warm and versatile. You can wear it buttoned under your chin on the windy days or buttoned over your head on the cold but not so cold days. This hat is super cute either way. The pros: it really keeps your head and ears warm. The cons: probably would not do well in wet snow or rainy conditions. Overall, well worth the investment.
