These boots are truly remarkable and lush. I like the fact they have the unique braid detail in the back and have an arch which makes them feel supportiive and extremely comfortable. The fur on the inside is very warm with the versitality that they can be cuffed down for another fashion statement. They felt incredible right away and are my all time favorite boots which will last years. On top of that the style they provide makes any outfit and can be worn both casually and dressy casual. I do suggest any purchaser use the Uggs "water and stain repellent."

After soap and vinegar have failed, I'm so happy that this cleaner got rid of the BBQ oil stains from my sand colored uggs. I know the product says do not use directly on the sheepskin, but on my first attempt, the diluted version wasn't strong enough. On my second try, I soaked a cotton swap with the solution and applied directly to the oil spots, rubbed it for about a minute, rinsed the surface with cold water. After it dried, oil stains are gone!

This might not work for dark colored uggs though. After the rubbing, there was some color transfer to the cotton swap.

The product removed the stains from the boots I just wish the your company would the retails store to sugest that the shoes are treated with the same product. I know the use a different product in the stores and thats why you need to by the cleaner seperate. which is a big inconvience

Within only two weeks of buying a black pair of UGG boots, I dropped ashes on them and THEN someone also stepped on them, thus leaving dirt marks. Silly me, I scrubbed them too hard with water and a washcloth and it left deep whitemarks on them. I was so devastated looking around for some black shoe cleaner, but none fit what I needed so something told me to go on the UGG website to see if they had cleaner specifically for these kind boots and yessss they did! I just cleaned them tonight with this cleaner and it not only cleaned my boots, but also took away the white marks on my shoes where I has scrubbed at too hard before! Buying this cleaner is a must in order to keep your UGG's looking brand new! So, if I were you, I would buy this product along with your new UGG's. Plus, for only [$] you get a BIG bottle! Follow the directions on the bottle, and your UGG boots will look brand new!
