Shipping
We base our shipping charges on the value of your order. To make sure you receive the fewest shipments possible, we’ll do our best to ship everything to you at once. If we need to sent you more than one shipment, we’ll only charge you ONCE for the charges that apply to the total value of your order. While we do not require signatures for most deliveries, we do recommend that you have someone available to accept the package.
Our warehouse ships Monday through Friday. While we make every attempt to process orders on the day they are placed – only order that are ordered PRIOR to 9am MST with next business day shipping will be guaranteed to ship out the same day – subject to order verification and credit approval.
- Orders placed after 9am may not ship until the next business day.
- Please note, placing a next business day order on Friday morning prior to 9am – the order will not arrive until Monday as we do not ship or deliver on weekends.

Estimated Delivery Time – (Business Days)
- Pending order verification and credit approval, orders placed prior to 9:00am MST (GMT-7)( Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States) and shipping to the address given as your ship to address when placing the order will arrive as specified in the table and map below.
UPS Ground, within 3-10 business days
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Ground Service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-10 full business days. Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
UPS 2-day
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via 2-Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2 full business days when place by 9:00am MST Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
UPS Overnight
Most items can be shipped to the contiguous Unites States via Overnight Service. You can expect your order to arrive within 1 full business day when place by 9:00am MST, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Alaska or Hawaii – USPS Priority
Items will be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via USPS Priority. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-10 business days when place by 9:00am MST, Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Military APO/FPO Addresses
APO/FPO orders are shipped via US Postal Service (USPS) priority mail. Please allow additional time for delivery from the APO/FPO point to the recipient. Once the package has been delivered to the APO/FPO point, UGG Australia is not responsible for the possible delays or lost shipments.
PO Boxes – US Mail
We sincerely apologize, but currently we are unable to accept orders shipping to PO boxes. Orders must be shipped to a physical address. If you have a PO box at a central facility – use the street address of the P.O. box facility and include your PO box number on the second line of the address. A suggestion for shipping if you do not have a street address available is to ship your order to a relative or friend or have the delivery sent to your work location. Unfortunately Customer Service cannot override this setting as it is a delivery restriction. We must have a physical address to deliver the order to.
US Territories
Most items may be shipped via USPS Priority Mail to:

- Marshall Islands
- Northern Marianna Islands
- Palau
- Puerto Rico
- Virgin Islands
You can expect your order to arrive within 8 business days when placed by 9:00am MST Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
International
We can ship to MOST countries via UPS International delivery. Please allow extra time for deliveries to international addresses. The approximate time frame is 7 – 17 business days. Business day are Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.
Delivery to International addresses require the consignee to pay additional fees that include: Duties, taxes and brokerage fees as mandated by the government for the country where the shipment is received. You may check with your local agency for details on estimated fees. These fees must be paid to the courier at or prior to delivery.
Canada
We do ship to Canada and have a specific site dedicated to Canada that includes all of the applicable fees normally associated with international delivery. Canadian consumers can purchase directly from UGGAustralia.ca and have no unexpected fees. The price shown on the website is the total price (plus your shipping cost) that you will have to pay.
