I really wanted to keep this boots. I loved the way they look and the way they felt. But I just don't have the patience required to open and close the lace FROM THE HEEL to the KNEE every time you have to put them in take them out.

Love these boots! They are warm and comfy, and great for wet weather. Take a little time getting on, but worth it. If I were to change anything on the boot I would put lace hooks half way up for quicker lacing instead of the holes. All in all they serve their purpose, keeping my feet warm and dry!

These shoes are great and feel comfortable and feel so warm, I usually wear them to work but I have worn them a couple times to go out and I've turned heads. So I like them a lot just not the price.

I purchased these shoes when the military stationed me in the Arctic. I thought I needed to invest in something for serious cold. Walking on the tundra they didn't slip so much. Bottom-line ice is ice, and -30 will harden rubber, but these did really well. Only con is the difficulty lacing them makes it a little cumborsume taking on and off. I purchased in the Otter color. the leather finishing has kept the melted snow easy to clean with a simple wipe. i've had them for 3 years now, and they are still in my closet for winter use. I certainly plan on buying another winter pair if need be, but mine are holding up well. I'm 25, petite, and don't like to be cold AT ALL. :-)

These boots are worth the money. Generally, winter all-weather boots do not have real shearling as these do. They are very warm and easy to walk in, and look cute with skinny jeans! I am an 8.5 normally and ordered a 9 and they fit perfectly with just a little room for thicker winter socks.

I love these boots. they are excellent for cold, sloppy new england winter weather. They keep my feet dry and warm and they look great too. I wear them with skinny jeans but they can also be worn under ski/snow pants for trekking or sledding. They are a little difficult to get on, so they are not good for throwing on boots quickly to run outside for mail.

I read the care attached to the Women's Adirondack Tall boot and it seemed confusing as to exactly what I should use. Since this is a waterproof boot, how soon would I need to treat the suede with the water and stain repellant? I wore the pair through part of last winter in the city and now this winter (2012). We haven't seen snow yet and I have never treated them. How often do I need to treat the boot with the repellant? Please advise.
