I was just in love with my boots. LOVE THEM. But then the left zipper fail on me on the middle of a trip to Europe and I had to saw it to be able to use them for the rest of the trip, making it very hard to put in and out. The right zipper started to show the same kind of problem (the sawing on it wears out by the rubbing of the 'head' of the zipper close to the ancle, where the boots have a tendency to get wavy, and from there hell broke losse, with the zipper getting destroyed by the second) so I ended up not opening it all the way as not to go over the affected area. Still, everybody comment and prise them, since they didn't know about my problems with the zipper. As soon as I was back I send them to UGG's and they gave me credit for it almost immediately, so kuddos for them backing their product. Maybe if you would not use them as intensively as I did you may have more luck, but I still think that the zipper of a 300 dollars shoe should last longer, I mean... forever!

I just moved to Montreal and these boots are exactly what I needed for my first winter here! In the -30 degrees F weather walking over ice and/or snow, my feet are nice and cozy. There is a little extra room around the ankle but a pair of fuzzy socks from the dollar store fills it right up. Awesome product!!

I had a hard time with the boot having too much room around the ankle. It caused my foot to slip out of the bottom and I ended up walking or clipping the back shaft.

I love the concept of these shoes until I wore it outside. I love almost everything about these boots! I don't like the fact that the lining is not 100% inside the boots! Most of the shaft is covered except for the bottom part, the insoles are covered as well, but not the top of the feet. I wanted to get this in every color and now I think I will just stick to the 1 pair I have. They should keep on making their boots 100% with their incredible lining that made this brand famous to begin with! I am so disappointed and now stuck with these boots. I should've bought a different kind that the lining was 100% covered with the soft, fluffy thick fur lining and not just sheepskin. The bottom does hurt the back of my feet because of this. The reason why I bought these was because it was zipped on the side. I have narrow feet and the pull on boots are too wide for my feet.
