I ordered these to replace my worn Coquettes, switching to the Cozy II because I feel they look more sleek. At first, they felt a tad snug on the top of my foot, but I DO have wide feet. They are now so comfortable and I love that they fit a little "cozier" on the top of the feet, it prevents them slipping off at every step. I will wear these every morning and every night at bedtime until they wear out, they are so comfy!

I was impressed with how easily/quickly Ugg responded to my concerns with a different product (color bleeding on died wool) and replaced it with these new slippers. My slippers are warm and comfortable and the sole is great to walk outside to empty the garbage.
The slippers tend to run a little big, I suggest order in one size smaller.

Ordered on line but first called to question if the size would be appropriate. I had purchased Ugg boots in the fall which are a size 8. The suggestion was to purchase a size 9 in the slipper. Perfect fit!

I purchased my first pair of Ugg boots last Christmas. I wear them all year long. Literally everyday. They, a year later, still look brand new.
