These are my first pair of Uggs. It was recommended to me to buy a size smaller. I'm between 8.5-9 and I bought the size 8. It does feel a little snug at first, but it easily conforms to your foot and does fit perfectly. Ordering the size down was the right choice. These keep my feet really toasty; a must have for people with poor circulation. I called Ugg for cleaning recommendations since I was paranoid about how to clean. The cleaning kit WAS recommended to me for these slippers by an Ugg representative. I used it with no issues. I did an extremely gentle clean and they look brand new. I cannot reccomend them enough. A lot of people may think that this is a large price to pay for a pair of slippers (I suppose it is) but the quality and comfort is something that can't be beat. You honestly cannot put a price tag on quality that will last you a long time. I've only worn them outdoors a few times and I've had no issues. I've worn them constantly around the house for about 6 months now, and there is slight loss of sheepskin on the heel of my right slipper. I suppose that's normal and I cannot complain. It has not taken away from the comfort or effectiveness at all. These definitely have a hard sole, but it is not an issue for me. Someone looking for a softer sole would need to look elsewhere.

I mainly wanted these slippers for quick trips into town. My husband is always saying "throw something on we've gotta run into town". I can be ready quickly and not be embarrassed to get out once we get to where we needed to go... Ironically, I now get comments on how nice and cozy my slippers look....

These slippers are so incredibly comfy and cozy! This is my third pair of them & I love them! They last a very long time. Just be sure to order a size down from your usual size, especially if you are in between sizes. They might feel too tight at first but after a few wears they will conform to your feet & the fit will be perfect!
