I was a little leery about buying these boots because I had read some bad reviews, but I'm SO glad I did! This is my first pair of UGGS, and I absolutely LOVE them! I want to wear them all the time. They are so comfortable, and I get tons of compliments on them. I got the pink/apricot color. They are very versatile-I've worn them with a dress and with shorts. The fabric is lightweight, so they are not too heavy to wear in warm weather. I wear an 8 1/2 and I ordered an 8, and they fit great. If you are looking for a stylish and unique boot that is comfortable, can go with anything, and will get you lots of attention, then this is the boot for you!

Love the look and the comfort. Just a little difficult getting on as they are narrow near the ankle, but worth the work.

I use with jeans, stretch jeans and leggings. They are super comfy but I wish the soles were an inch higher.

I had gotten 2 pairs of Uggs previously and loved them so I ordered these for a 3rd pair. I loved the look and they seemed perfect for spring. The colors are great and the style is amazing. But once they were shipped to me, it took me a solid 15 minutes to adjust them, get them on my feet, and lace them up. I figured it was just because they were new and I needed to set them up, but each time I put them on it was equally as difficult no matter how I put them on. They were a bit painful in the ankle and the top of my feet as well. It felt as if they had cardboard based material on the actual base of the boot.They were alot narrower than my other Uggs also. I wish they had worked out because I love the style! I had to return them.

Never thought of difficulties to tie the boot! Oh it takes quite a while if laces to be nicely done. That I never consider when buying the boots as used just to slip into all other UGG boots But when they finally are on my feet they are great and get lots of positive comments. Thanks

I had to send back the size 8 and get the 9 but other than that, I love the boots! They are adorable, comfortable and I love them! All in all, a great boot!!!

I wasn't sure if i should get these after reading a few reviews..but i'm so glad i did...at first i got the size 7..and it was too big..i wear a 6 in the classic boot...so i returned them and got the size 6 and i have to admit they are a bit hard to get on..but if pull on the top in the back and the heal in the back they slipped right on..after i got them on they were a little snug and they started to stretch to my foot after wearing them a few minutes....excited to wear them out!

I saw this boot online and had to have it! So I ordered it and was so happy with the product I received! The only problem is that there is kinda like a lip right where the upper part of the boot reaches the lower, but when walking barely noticeable! The only other thing that happened is that the woven string stuff(: was coming off around the lace-up in the back but at where the hem was I think it is fine just I was worried at first. I love this boot very much and it was love at first sight!

The Heirloom boot is not what I expected . I own several pairs of Uggs, and have been in love with every pair. This boot is the only exception. My mother purchased this boot for me for my birthday. My husband and I are stationed in Germany, and the Heirloom boot would have been perfect for the spring and summer here. The light weight design and adorable aesthetic made me order these boots immediately. When I received them though, I was disappointed . They ran much smaller than most Uggs , yet would be too big if I got a different size. They were very difficult to get uneven when loosening the laces quite a bit. Once on, they were uncomfortable and looked a bit strange. The were structured through the ankle and then the fabric just sort of sagged around the ankle and calve area no matter how I tightened them . I think they would have been perfect if there were a few adjustments. First, the fit could be improved, not only in the sizing, but they lacked a bit of support. Also, they would look much better if they were structured all the way through. I know they would be warmer, but they would look a lot better and probably be easier to get on. I really wanted to make these work, because I love the design and idea of a lighter weight boot. I am looking forward to next year's spring line. Hopefully, I can find a light weight boot that matches my expectation of UGG. You have much a high standard and quality that I love and have come to expect .

I saw these boots online and fell in love. I wear a lot of cream and winter white. The moment I saw these,I had to have these boots. I struggled a little because I thought they were pricey. I put them on my wish list and MY HIM,got them for Valentines day for me. I was so pleased that he got them. I was SOOO pleased that they fit my calves. Im a pretty small girl,with small legs and I worried that they would droop. THEY DO NOT. I also worried that it would be a pain to put on. Its a breeze. What I will say is I like to wear them with leggings, skirts and jeggings. It makes for a clean line and shows off the beauty of the boot. I love the laces and the fact that they fit the leg so nicely. They will be great to wear for three seasons. Every season BUT winter. If you have regular Uggs, the feel is very different, more like the feel and fit that you get in the denim uggs. The foot bed is lightly padded, but its a light boot. Its perfect for change of season and even cool nights on the beach. I love these boots. I wanted the natural BUT he got the aproicot. They were a gift so I would never return them. It was a blessing because Ive YET to see another girl in NYC with them OR even see this color in stores! Im happy that for now it seems like they were made Just for me! If you on the fence know that they have to be laced like sneakers, fit the leg, are lightly padded, not like the regular uggs, and that its a very girly boot. I say go for it. Oh, the ONE minor thing about this boot is that they get dirty quickly. Its the color. I used a toothbrush and a little baby bath and it was quick and easy!
