The only thing that I am disappointed in is that the boots that I ordered should have been black in color, but I got gray boots, the fur is gray and the leather is gray. I wanted black boots. These boots are not black, nothing like the picture on the website. If I can return them for the black boots that is the color shown on the advertisement, I would be 100% satisfied. I am very disappointed in the color of the boots because they are not black, they are gray.

I needed/wanted a pair of comfortable snow boots and I thought UGGS would be a perfect choice and the Marien Uggs seemed to be the ones unfortunately, I was wrong.These particular boots are VERY DIFFICULT TO GET ON AND OFF! I was suprised because I have a couple a pair of Uggs and I have NO PROBLEM GETTING THEM ON AND OFF..That is the reason why I felt confident about ordering the boots online however, once I received them I realized these boots are not worth the money I spent...

I was so excited to get these boots. I have owned several pairs of Uggs and have been very pleased with them. I needed something waterproof with good traction in the soles. I opened them up and they looked beautiful. The shank was a little taller than I am used to. I have wide feet with a high vamp. I literally could not get my feet into the boot! When I've had this problem before it was because my vamp was too high for the boot. Sadly I had to return them. I used the label, but it took 10 days for receipt of my return and nearly 2 weeks for my credit to be issues. If this boot was built to for those of us with higher vamps and had a slightly shorter shank, it would have ben perfect. I would encourage UGG to make styles that will fit feet with high vamps. The quality and durability of your products is excellent usually. This style was not suitable for the architecture of my feet.

Ok, so I couldn't resist this style when I was browsing the website. I just got the klarissa in black last week and so I have to have a brown boot. What better way to have both. Same comfort but with a little (ok...a lot) of flair (fur) for style and fun! I do enjoy wearing this pair because it's different than styles I've seen and makes feel special when I wear them. I know for sure my feet and my calves don't feel cold. ; )
It's hard to choose which pair to wear because they are both comfy and weather proof. Those are the two main prerequisites I was looking for. All the other features I like...I guess I just got lucky!
It would be nice if this company had a frequent buyer program...hint! : )
Yeah...I wish i got paid to say all these nice things, but I don't. I just like the boots.

like walking on air, exremely warm, ultra light weight. I love them. Fur throughout. would like to see a leather thong inside at about tag height, to grasp to pull boot on. The boots are amazing!

I wear a size 11. It would seem from the one other question I see that this product may run slightly small. Does it? I am comparing this boot to the Maylin. This one seems to be more waterproof, which I need in the often rainy, now snowy Boston weather. Is it? Also, what is the heal height? I usually wear a size 7 which is what I ordered but it is very hard to get on and I can't if I have a sock on.I can feel my toes at the end of the boot and I don't believe these are available in 1/2 sizes?
